Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using IronEdge ("the Service"), operated by DeadIron Software ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

IronEdge is an NFL and NBA player prop research tool that provides statistical projections, matchup analysis, game logs, and sportsbook line comparisons. The Service is designed for users in the United States and displays odds from US-based sportsbooks. The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

3. Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds

Paid features require a subscription processed through Stripe. Prices are listed on our pricing page. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through the Stripe customer portal accessible from your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.

Refund policy: If you are unsatisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or any renewal by emailing support@deadiron.io. Refunds after 7 days are not guaranteed but may be granted at our discretion. Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

5. No Gambling Advice

The Service does not constitute gambling advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to place any bet. Projections are statistical estimates based on historical data and are not guarantees of future performance. You are solely responsible for any betting decisions you make. Please gamble responsibly.

6. Data Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate data but do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the Service. Stats and odds data come from third-party sources and may contain errors or delays.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not: scrape or bulk-download data from the Service; resell or redistribute our projections; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or interfere with other users' access to the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, projections methodology, and original content, is the property of DeadIron Software. NFL and NBA team names, logos, and player likenesses are the property of their respective owners.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. DeadIron Software shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any losses from betting decisions.

10. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use IronEdge. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and meet the legal age for sports betting in your jurisdiction.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any legal action arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

12. Dispute Resolution

You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service will be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Either party may bring claims in small claims court if the claims qualify.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
